Apartment Contract Is There A 72 Hr Escape Clause For An Apartment Contract?

Is there a 72 hr escape clause for an apartment contract? - apartment contract

My wife went to an apartment without me and have signed a contract with our name on it and. The building manager said that I wanted before it on 20 To be signed June. Is there an escape clause like the unwritten rule of 72hr or 3 days? The contract is valid without my signature?

If you are not sign the contract in most states, but would need a real estate company that gives you this information free, or the Board of Directors to consult with concerned with these things. I hope this helps you in the right direction. You can also just tell the manager that you have decided not to "Perform" contract will probably be a wash for him, and he will continue.

Once the contract is signed ... then yes, it is legally obligated to do so. No state can, and "escape" clause ... unless it is for military purposes. Time of the withdrawal does not apply to leases.
