How do you make the rough side of VCT tile shine? - laying vct over vct
I have a cleaning company and I'm chimera that entrepreneurs who created an entire VCT tile back. Thus the right side and the brightness / finished side is down. I've never seen before. I know people with one or two boxes below on the wrong side, but an entire floor down. What an idiot! The contractor will not start, the cost of the work too sick to eat tile and VCT tile back on the right track, because this is where I'm needed. Is it possible to give the rough side of a shiny tile VCT / expect from it? If yes, what is the method? Should I or do I have only one pole, the entire floor wax? Only a small fraction of 100-150 square meters. Does it bother you, or give the impression that Rip it out and create a new tab in the right direction, rather than trying to tinker with? What are the proposals of all?

VCT (tile or vinyl) is a product that is completed by pressing. May, while the product is relatively uniform across the surface of the metal surface by a similar manner as the actual "finished side of the crib.
They will not duplicate this with any amount of surface preparation of the surface, but you can get an interesting result with a fine abrasive water to keep cool. With the flooding of the area, grinding, polishing with abrasives, and finally a number wax the surface would probably be cheaper to establish a new ground.
But why the contractor should comment on? Why can not he just a new floor over the old one? (Replacement for image)
